Attended the prestigious #12 kindergarden in the city of Kharkov, Ukraine (former soviet union). Successfully graduated in the Spring of 1965. Subsequently attended the even more prestigious grade/high school #117 from Fall of 1965 to the Spring of 1975. Immegrated to the United States of America in 1989 and was hired by the City of Overland Park, Johnson County, Kansas shortly thereafter.
